I am Cherie Kossmann, a Bellville based ceramic artist.
My love for the visual arts is an heirloom handed down from my family of artists. I was trained by Hennie Meyer who also employed me as his assistant for three years.
Following my passion for ceramic conservation, I qualified in ceramic restoration while building up my studio where I also teach pottery.
I am a member of Ceramics South Africa and have participated in local exhibitions, including the National Art Museum South Africa.
I also have my own commercial range which I supply to a few selected shops.
